If you cancel within 30 days of becoming a member, you are entitled to a refund of all periodic membership charges and any one-time enrollment fee greater than $50, provided you return your membership card. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. Texas Insurance Code §562.105.

If you have a complaint, you must first use our internal complaint procedure. If you remain dissatisfied after completing our complaint process, you may contact the Texas Department of Insurance. Texas Insurance Code §562.103.
