• Current medical plan benefits are limited to primary care with unlimited visits, telemedicine, 30 included labs, discounts on non-included labs, and pharmacy discounts. Vision, dental, diagnostics, mammography, and specialty discounts are planned for future availability but are not currently included.
• The program does not guarantee the quality of services or products offered by individual providers. Texas Insurance Code §562.103.
• If you cancel within 30 days of becoming a member, you are entitled to a refund of all periodic membership charges and any one-time enrollment fee greater than $50, provided you return your membership card. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of cancellation. Texas Insurance Code §562.105.
• If you have a complaint, you must first use our internal complaint procedure. If you remain dissatisfied after completing our complaint process, you may contact the Texas Department of Insurance. Texas Insurance Code §562.103.
